Right Side View of the miniSpinner  

This view shows the black speed control knob sticking out a little on the left, the Scotch tension knob, and the Scotch tension cord emerging from the base to the brake band around the bobbin on the right.  The back (rightmost piece) hinges down to change bobbins.

There is a spring in series with the Scotch tension adjuster that improves performance when plying.  The spring is concealed in the base.
